Meredith is currently the president of the El Paso County Women Lawyers Association. She is serving as the Secretary of the El Paso County Bar Association and is an officer on the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity. Meredith is a member of the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, as well as co-editor of the family law column in The Colorado Attorney. She is an active member of the Ben S. Wendelken Inn of Court, having served as a past small group leader and Law Day committee member, is involved with Teen Court as a mentor, and is a member of the Arapahoe House Society.

Meredith has practiced family law since 2004 after having served as a deputy district attorney in El Paso County. Her background includes coordination and training of family violence law and programs and prosecution of felony criminal matters. She concentrates on matters involving all aspects of divorce and allocation of parental rights issues.
